Our story
台灣的烈酒市場還很年輕，也還在找自己的樣子。我們在做的不是把更多酒賣進來，而是把值得認識的酒帶進來——連同它背後的工藝、釀酒人，還有那片土地的故事。
這個念頭最早成形，是在巴塞隆納的某個週日午後。那時候常受邀到西班牙朋友家吃飯，一進門先問要不要喝點什麼，茶几上永遠擺著橄欖跟臘腸；坐上餐桌後，白酒接紅酒，一路喝到甜點端上來，才發現原來還有一杯餐後酒在等著——那是我第一次明白，酒從來不是餐桌上的配角，而是把整頓飯、整個下午，撐出份量的東西。
市場需要時間養成。我們花在說一個品牌故事上的力氣，往往比花在衝量上的更多——因為那才是留得下來的部分。
